ABOUT ME

I am a leadership coach and leadership development consultant. I am passionate about supporting leaders to develop the confidence to step into their full power and lead authentically, in alignment with their values and unique strengths.

I have had a focus on leadership development since 2005, designing and delivering leadership programs around the world and coaching, both one-on-one and in group settings. I have worked with organizational and executive clients across corporate, government and non-profit sectors and have experience in a variety of industries including finance, professional services, higher education and transportation. I prioritize creating trusting relationships and a safe space for exploration, where I use genuine curiosity, gentle challenge and reflective inquiry to help you get clear on who you are as a leader and what it takes to bring that vision to life. I support you to cultivate expansive mindsets, develop resilience, communicate effectively, self-advocate and set boundaries.

Prior to working in leadership development, I was a Chartered Accountant. I have more than 15 years of experience in global professional services firms, and bring the structure and detail orientation of my accountant roots to support you to create sustainable shifts in mindsets and behaviors. I have a Masters in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado and completed the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. I hold a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Originally from Australia, I have lived and worked around the world and embrace my identity as a global citizen. I currently enjoy life with my husband and daughter, in Denver, Colorado. I served as President of the Colorado Chapter of the International Coaching Federation and have previous board and volunteer experience with Girls on the Run of the Rockies and several local animal-focused non-profits.
