ABOUT ME

I am a Leadership Coach, a Leadership Development Consultant and bring with me the structure and detail orientation of my Accountant roots. I have more than 15 years of experience in global professional services firms, a Masters in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado, Denver, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

I discovered a passion for leadership development and coaching as a participant on a global leadership program in 2005. As part of that program, I worked in Cambodia for 8 weeks to support a non-profit organization dedicated to the recovery of women and children who have suffered extreme abuse. Forever changed by that experience, I have spent the intervening years committed to serving others as they navigate their own leadership journey.

I am a wife, and a mother to an 11-year-old daughter. I spent 8 years on a career break to support my family through two international moves and to pursue my Masters qualification. Australian born, I embrace my identity as a global citizen, and currently enjoy life and all that it has to offer, in Denver, Colorado.

I am a runner and enjoy cooking and baking. I have piles of recipe books ready for when inspiration strikes. I am a prolific list maker and have never felt more understood than after discovering the bullet journal method of note-taking. I have a love of learning and dream one day of completing a PhD focused on women’s leadership.

I serve on the board of the ICF Colorado Chapter as the Business Development director. I also volunteer as a board member of Girls on the Run of the Rockies and as a foster parent for the Denver Dumb Friends League and Canine Partners of the Rockies.
